PI/PO에서 발생되는 장애 관련되서 인터페이스 연계되는 시스템 외에 SAP Netweaver 운영서버의 클러스터나 CI,SCS,ERS에 장애가 발생될때에도 영향을 받는 듯함

PO서버 에러내용

서버 에러는 NWA메뉴의 Log Viewer이나 NWDS의 Mnagement Console에서

'defaultTrace'파일에서 확인이 가능한데 NWDS툴이 무겁지만 않으면 이 기능에서 계속 확인해보고 싶음

배치잡 클러스터 잠금에 접근하는데 오류가 발생했다고 하는데 뭔지 모르겠음

아는 단어가 나왔는데 엔큐 서버와의 통신문제인듯 한데 

Enqueue 서버 역할에 대해 아래와 같이 알고 있음

CI는 위에 언급한 ASCS처럼 MS,ER구성으로 여러 DI와 통신하며 A가 수행하고 있는 작업을 B가 작업하지 못하도록 Enqueue Work Process같은 락기능이 수행된다고 합니다

확인내용

'Timeout Event Processor'로 검색을 해보니 제일 먼저 2947002 - Jobs do not run due to singleton lock이 확인 되었는데 JVM 버전 패치 및 SAP MMC 도구를 사용한 Enqueue Server에서 싱글톤 잠금을 제거 관련 내용이였지만 근본적인 문제해결은 아닌듯하여 다른 해결방안을 찾아봐야할듯함
